About Us:
The Commonwealth Secretariat seeks to appoint a Talent Attraction and HR Operations Manager in our Human Resources & Facilities Management Division (HRFM). The HR function focuses on aligning the Secretariat’s human resources with its mission, capabilities and changing mandates to ensure that it carries out its functions effectively and efficiently.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director – HRFM, the Talent Attraction and HR Operations Manager leads on the implementation of the recruitment policy and candidate attraction strategy. The post-holder is expected to develop and manage recruitment campaigns for improved social outreach, leverage data analytics for market trends, competitor positioning as well as organisational decision making.
Requirements:
To be considered, you will need a Masters /MBA in Human Resource Management/Development, or Business Administration, or a related area, as well as a minimum of 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a strong emphasis on recruitment, operations and talent attraction in an international or multicultural work environment. Knowledge of employment practices across multiple Commonwealth jurisdictions is preferred.
